The adjustable powered stacker with an integral digital scale is designed for transporting and weighing items in one load, featuring a high torque drive and lift motor capable of handling heavy-duty tasks with ease and efficiency in warehouse environments. The ergonomic handle includes an easy-to-operate throttle with infinite forward and reverse speed adjustments, lift and lower controls, a proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function, and a horn. The built-in safety circuit automatically disables the entire unit if the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than five seconds, requiring a reset to resume normal operation, providing enhanced operator protection. The stacker is equipped with an electromagnetic disc brake featuring an automatic dead-man function that activates when the handle is released. It moves smoothly on poly-on-steel steer wheels and nylon load wheels. The package includes an integral battery charger and a battery level gauge, fingertip raise and lower buttons, and a safety belly reverse button to improve worker safety, along with a fully powered digital scale readout.
