VinylStatB provides an excellent ESD-safe workstation mat with light cushioning for component safety and operator comfort. The VinylStatB is a three-layer mat consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam base layer. It features an ESD mat with cushioning that protects dropped or mishandled items and is made of vinyl, making it suitable for general use ESD applications. Soldering on the mat is not recommended. The surface resistivity ranges from 10^7 to 10^8 ohms. The mat is available in blue or gray colors and comes in 50 ft rolls or an assortment of pre-cut lengths. It meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 per ANSI/ESD STM4.1 standards.
