The ESD tray liners are designed to line the surface of process trays to protect items and prevent them from sliding. These liners are intended for use with ESD trays and conductive trays used in the packaging and storage of small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCB, PCBA, and electronic components. Made from an economical dual-layer rubber material cut to fit inside a 1624 process tray, the liner features a dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer, providing a better path-to-ground and cushioning compared to the hard surface of the conductive tray. The liner is 0.060" thick and is standard in light blue, with royal blue, green, and gray color options available. It meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and is RoHS compliant.
