The ESD tray liners are designed to line the surface of process trays, providing protection and preventing items from sliding. These liners are intended for use with ESD trays and conductive trays, which are utilized for packaging and storing small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCBs, PCBAs, and electronic components. The ESD rubber material offers an improved path-to-ground and cushioning compared to the hard surface of conductive trays. This economical dual-layer rubber liner measures 0.060" thick and is cut to fit inside a 1624 process tray. It features a dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer, is standard in light blue, and is also available in royal blue, green, and gray. The product meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and is RoHS compliant.
