The ESD tray liners are used to line the surface of process trays to keep items protected and prevent them from sliding around. Designed for packaging and storage of small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCB, PCBA, and electronic components, these liners combine ESD rubber that provides a better path-to-ground and cushioning compared to the hard surface of conductive trays. The economical dual-layer rubber material is cut to fit inside a 1624 process tray and features a dissipative top layer with a conductive bottom layer. The liner measures 0.060" thick and is standard in light blue with additional color options including royal blue, green, and gray. It meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and is RoHS compliant.
