The ESD tray liners are designed to line the surface of process trays, protecting items and preventing them from sliding during handling. These liners are intended for use with ESD trays and conductive trays, which are suitable for packaging and storage of small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCBs, PCBAs, and various electronic components. The liners are made from dual-layer ESD rubber material, offering improved path-to-ground and cushioning compared to the hard surface of conductive trays. Each liner is cut to fit inside a 16x24 process tray and features a dissipative top layer with a conductive bottom layer. The liner thickness is 0.060 inches and is available in light blue as standard, with additional color options including royal blue, green, and gray. The liners meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and are RoHS compliant.
