The VinylStatB provides an excellent ESD-safe workstation mat with light cushioning for component safety and operator comfort. It is a three-layer mat consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam base layer. The mat offers cushioning to protect dropped or mishandled items and is made of vinyl, making it suitable for general-use ESD applications. Soldering on the mat is not recommended. The surface resistivity ranges from 10^7 to 10^8 ohms. It is available in blue or gray colors and offered in 50-foot rolls or an assortment of pre-cut lengths. The VinylStatB meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 according to ANSI/ESD STM4.1 standards.
