The Vinylstatb provides an excellent ESD-safe workstation mat with light cushioning for component safety and operator comfort. It is a three-layer mat consisting of a conductive metalized fleece sandwiched between a solid, dissipative top surface and a foam base layer. The ESD mat with cushioning protects dropped or mishandled items and is made of vinyl, making it excellent for general-use ESD applications. Soldering on the mat is not recommended. It features a surface resistivity of 10^7 to 10^8 ohms and is available in blue or gray colors. The mat comes in 50 ft rolls or an assortment of pre-cut lengths. It meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 per ANSI/ESD STM4.1 and includes the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
