The GTS600K ESD combo tester is a dual test circuit device designed for both wrist strap and footwear testing, featuring a positive rocker switch for easy test mode selection and providing accurate and reliable ESD testing. It fully supports the Compliance Verification Plan requirements as stated in ANSI/ESD S20.20. The alarm specifications include a wrist strap range of 750 kilohms to 10 megohms and a footwear range of 750 kilohms to 100 megohms. The tester is factory calibrated with no annual calibration necessary, though verification tools such as the CAL1000 periodic verification unit are recommended at least once per year to ensure proper functionality. Test results are indicated by LEDs and an audible alarm with signals for high fail, low fail, or pass. It is battery powered using a 9V battery and features a low-battery indicator, with an AC adapter option available.
