3M™ Industrial Sealing Tape IS1 provides an easy sealing method that creates a moisture barrier under panels or where rivets, screws, or nails are present in automotive, specialty vehicle, electronic, heating, ventilation, and cooling (HVAC), and wind energy applications. This conformable tape is engineered with a waterproof membrane and acrylic adhesive that helps protect interior environments from leakage at joints, including panels, floors, trim, and frames, by sealing around the fastener for a secure seal. The tape offers aggressive adhesive forming a strong bond on various surface types such as anodized aluminum, galvanized metal, fiberglass, plywood, and more.
