The Warmbier 7100.pgt120.com.dt2 data terminal for the PGT120.com is a modular system designed to record and process ESD test information from the PGT120.com combo tester. A basic system includes a PGT120.com tester and the DT2 terminal. Test data is stored within the DT2 for one month and can be accessed via a web interface when connected to a network. Additionally, test data can be stored in a SQL database on a networked computer and managed using DataTerm software from Warmbier. The system supports user identification through any USB HID input device, such as RFID, barcode, magnetic card, or keypad, and can integrate with existing HID systems. It includes an optional USB relay to trigger barrier systems like turnstiles or doors. The terminal is ready to integrate into existing infrastructure, supports networking of multiple PGT120.com stations, allows reuse of existing identity or time attendance cards, features an open database interface, and offers secure network communication. Measurement data is accessible within seconds and various databases can be combined with existing access systems. Specifications include four USB ports (max. 600 mA), one D-sub9 connector for PGT120.com, one RJ45 LAN port, one RJ12 relay, one micro USB RFID reader, and one micro USB 5VDC power input. The device measures 120 x 150 x 63 mm, weighs 350 g, and has an output solid state relay rated at 24 VDC (16V AC) / 2A ohmic load, with an external protection circuit required for switching loads.
