This EMAX® industrial 5 HP 2 stage inline, 1 phase vertical 80 gal. piston air compressor is designed for up to 60,000 hours of operation based on B10 bearing life. It delivers 19 CFM at 100 PSI with a maximum pressure of 175 PSI. The unit features industrial grade electric motors, a Condor pressure switch, a manual ball valve tank drain, and a powder coated ASME tank rated at 200 PSI. It is paired with an all cast iron, 60,000-hour rated, patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. The patented silent air system reduces compressor intake noise by channeling air through a series of baffle plates, providing four levels of air filtration and lowering noise levels by more than 35%. The pump includes 70 hours of break-in oil, and the compressor comes with a first maintenance kit for use after the initial 70 hours of break-in. Warranty registration is required for extended coverage. EMAX® air compressors are built and tested in Ohio, emphasizing reliability and durability.
