This EMAX® MaxFlo Industrial Silent Air 7.5HP 2 stage 3 cylinder 1 phase 230V vertical 80-gallon piston air compressor is designed for up to 60,000 hours of use with proper maintenance, delivering 33 CFM at 100 PSI with a maximum PSI of 175. It features industrial electric motors, magnetic starters, an automatic tank drain, and a powder-coated ASME tank rated for 200 PSI, paired with a continuous run functionality and an all cast iron 60,000-hour rated patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. MaxFlo technology provides up to 30% more CFM per HP, enhancing energy efficiency. The patented silent air system reduces compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through baffle plates that add five levels of air filtration and lower decibels by more than 35%. The pump comes with 70 hours of break-in oil, and the compressor includes a first maintenance kit for use after the initial 70-hour break-in period. Warranty coverage requires registration to be active. EMAX® air compressors are built and tested in Ohio for reliability and durability.
