This EMAX® industrial 10 HP 2 stage inline, 1 phase vertical 80 gal. piston air compressor is designed for up to 60,000 hours based on B10 bearing life, delivering 38 CFM at 100 PSI with a maximum PSI of 175. The unit features industrial grade electric motors, a magnetic starter, a manual ball valve tank drain, and a powder coated ASME tank with a 200 PSI rating, all paired with an all cast iron, 60,000 hour rated patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. The patented silent air system dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates, providing four levels of air filtration and reducing decibel levels by more than 35%. The pump comes with 70 hours of break-in oil and includes the first maintenance kit for use after the initial 70 hours of break-in. Warranty coverage is available with registration, providing extended warranty terms. EMAX® air compressors are built and tested in Ohio, emphasizing reliability and durability.
