The Forney® Frontline™ 1A smart trickle charger and maintainer is a compact, fully automatic charger compatible with both 6-volt and 12-volt batteries, designed for year-round maintenance of lead-acid and lithium (LiFePO4) chemistries, including STD: wet, EFB, MF, CA, deep-cycle; AGM; and gel types. This 1-amp charger is suitable for motorcycles, ATVs, passenger vehicles, marine equipment, lawn and garden equipment, and more. It features smart automatic adjustments for battery needs with no menus, enabling consistent and worry-free charging. The Force Charge mode allows the charger to activate on heavily discharged batteries that might otherwise remain below the normal detection threshold. Built-in protections include reverse polarity, sparks, short-circuits, overheating, and overcharge safeguards to ensure user and equipment safety. The unit includes a fixed hanging loop for easy wall, pegboard, or under-hood mounting and has 8 ft 9 in (2.67 m) DC leads for flexible reach. Its durable IP60-rated housing resists oil, grease, chemicals, UV, and abrasion, and it weighs 0.77 lb for portability. The package includes Frontline™ quick-connect battery clamps and quick-connect M10 ring terminals, allowing selection between portable or semi-permanent connections.
