Fifth wheel steering describes a type of steering where the front wheels and axle assembly pivot on a center point known as the fifth wheel, allowing for easier maneuverability under heavier load conditions due to reduced friction compared to swivel casters. This kit includes a wagon truck with a 3500 lbs. capacity, featuring a perforated 12 gauge steel deck measuring 30" x 60" with 1.5" retaining lips. The wheels are 12" mold-on rubber mounted on full 1" diameter axles with roller bearings. The deck is reinforced with 12 gauge steel and supported by a structural channel undercarriage for enhanced durability and to handle heavier loads. The unit is equipped with a T-handle featuring vinyl hand grips for comfortable steering control.
