The fifth wheel steering kit features a 3500 lbs. capacity with a perforated, 12 gauge steel deck measuring 36" x 60" that includes 1.5" retaining lips. It is equipped with 12" mold-on rubber wheels mounted on full 1" diameter axles with roller bearing wheels. The deck is reinforced with 12 gauge steel and supported by a structural channel undercarriage designed for heavier loads and enhanced durability. The unit includes a T-handle with vinyl hand grips to provide better control. This configuration allows the front wheels and axle assembly to pivot on a center point, known as the fifth wheel, reducing friction during turns and improving maneuverability under heavy load conditions.
