It meets the U.S. Access Board standards for both stand-on and wheelchair scales and includes ramps with a 1:8 slope ratio and handrails at a height of 37-1/2" (952 mm), within the required 34"-38" range. The ramps measure 32-1/4" x 16" (819 mm x 406 mm) and, along with the platform, have 2" (51 mm) edge guards with a width of 40" x 1/8" (1016 mm x 3 mm) to prevent roll-offs, while anti-slip caution tape enhances safety. The platform folds for storage, and portability is supported by four wheels including two casters. The scale offers a capacity of 1000 lb (454 kg) with a resolution of 0.2 lb / 0.1 kg, EMR connectivity via USB, with optional Pelstar® wireless technology.
