The 2210KG-AM neonatal/pediatric scale is designed for use in the NICU, nursery, delivery room, and pediatric practices, providing high accuracy essential for the smallest patients. It features an antimicrobial body, tray, handles, and keypad. The smooth-edged removable tray measures 24" x 15-1/4" x 2-3/4" (610 mm x 388 mm x 71 mm) and has a patent-pending mounting system that prevents breakage and facilitates cleaning. The scale offers a capacity of 20 kg with a resolution of 1 gram up to 10,000 grams and 5 grams from 10,001 to 20,000 grams. The product footprint is 24-3/4" x 17-3/4" x 6" (630 mm x 450 mm x 153 mm) and it weighs 28 lb (13 kg). It includes a built-in measuring tape ranging from 0" to 24" (0 cm to 60 cm) and a 5-1/4" x 1-1/8" (133 mm x 35 mm) backlit display with four brightness levels for easy readability at various angles and lighting conditions. EMR connectivity is available via USB, with optional Pelstar® wireless technology. The scale is powered by six D batteries included and an adapter (ADPT30) is also provided. For portability, it has heavy-duty handles for ease of moving, and an optional rolling cart (2210CART) is available. The user-friendly digital interface includes functions such as zero, tare, pre-tare, reweigh, recall, auto zero, auto off, motion detection, hold/release, and weight hold for 30 to 60 seconds. The scale comes with a two-year limited warranty and is eligible for a two-year extended warranty through ScaleSurance.
