Fifth wheel steering is a type of steering where the front wheels and axle assembly pivot on a center point known as the fifth wheel, allowing wagon trucks to maneuver more easily under heavier load conditions due to reduced friction compared to swivel casters. This kit includes a wagon truck with a 3500 lbs. capacity, featuring a perforated 12 gauge steel deck measuring 24" x 36" with 1.5" retaining lips. It is equipped with 12" mold-on rubber wheels mounted on full 1" diameter axles with roller bearing wheels for smooth operation. The deck is reinforced steel with a 12 gauge construction and supported by a structural channel undercarriage to enhance durability and support heavier loads. The unit also has a T-handle with vinyl hand grips for comfortable handling.
