The hands-free operation sink is ideal for food service applications and is deep drawn from heavy duty 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with large, rounded corners. All exposed surfaces are electropolished to enhance resistance to corrosion, reduce bacterial growth, and facilitate easier cleaning. The specially designed knee valves allow easy access to working parts without disconnecting the mount or plumbing. This unit is certified NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead and meets NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment. The kit includes one wall-hung sink Model 607DR, one wall mounting bracket Model 1040, one double knee pedal valve (bottom mount) with two nuts Model 111L, one swivel gooseneck spout with aerator Model 2002, one strainer assembly with basket Model 1010, one set of connecting tubes for valve to spout connection Model 1006L, and two brass fittings with 0.375" male compression and 0.375" male NPT connections Model 1008L.
