The starter pen meter measures conductivity and temperature within the ranges of 0.0 to 99.0 °C and 0 to 1999 S/cm, respectively. It features a compact design for fast and convenient electrochemistry measurement, housed in durable ABS material. The device includes a liquid crystal display (LCD) with a secondary information line on select models, easily replaceable electrodes, and an automatic shut-off feature. The package comes with four 1.5V batteries included.
