Ranger™ Count 4000 is a portable industrial counting scale designed for durability and accuracy, featuring a rugged die-cast aluminum housing with a stainless steel platform and slip-resistant rubber feet for stability and long product life. It includes a rechargeable battery and AC power adapter, supports weighing, parts counting with 1:1,500,000 internal counting resolution and Auto-Optimization software, checkweighing, and accumulation functions. The scale has a 3-window backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) with three-color checkweighing LEDs, dedicated sample and tare keys, and a centrally located count display. Communication options include an easy-access port with a standard RS232 interface (included) and a second RS232, USB, or Ethernet port available via accessories. Additional features include a sealed front panel, menu lock switch, upfront level indicator, adjustable leveling feet, selectable environmental and auto-print settings, stability indicator, overload and underload indicators, low battery indicator, auto shut-off, and auto tare functionality.
