The OHAUS Valor 4000 water resistant food scale is designed for weighing, percent weighing, checkweighing, and accumulation applications, featuring dual LED displays on the front and rear for clear visibility. It operates on an included AC adapter or rechargeable battery and is constructed with either an ABS housing and stainless steel platform (PW model) or stainless steel housing and platform (XW model), ensuring durability in dry or washdown environments. The scale includes a puncture resistant keypad, illuminated up-front level indicator, and rear touchless sensor for hygienic and efficient operation. Additional design features consist of an auto-close power jack cover, menu and mode setup navigation prompts on keys, and a transportation handle.
