The OHAUS® Valor™ 4000 water resistant food scale is designed for applications including weighing, percent weighing, checkweighing, and accumulation. It features dual light emitting diode (LED) displays on the front and rear, an ABS housing with a stainless steel platform for the PW model, and stainless steel housing and platform for the XW model. The scale operates using an AC adapter or a rechargeable battery, both included, and incorporates an illuminated up-front level indicator and a rear touchless sensor. Additional design features include an auto-close power jack cover, menu and mode setup navigation prompts on keys, a puncture resistant keypad, a transportation handle, and compliance with food safety and legal for trade approvals, making it suitable for use in dry or washdown environments.
