The ScaleBreak® PulseFlo™ GDS-200 is a high-performance clean-in-place (CIP) descaling system engineered for medium-volume applications requiring up to 50 gpm flow for faster results. It effectively circulates descaling solutions through boilers, steam generators, chillers, condensers, heat exchangers, cooling coils, water-cooled rolls, injection molding machine coolers, mold tools, extruder barrels, and other process equipment. The system features an integrated flow reversal valve for instant directional changes without hose disconnection, aiding in deposit breakdown, blockage removal, and enhanced cleaning performance. A built-in freshwater flush system simplifies rinsing and neutralization, reducing downtime between cleaning stages. Constructed with durable, chemical-resistant materials and designed for ease of operation, it suits systems ranging from 50 to 500 gallons. The GDS-200 includes a 50-gallon (189.3 liter) tank, three 15' (4.57 m) circulation hoses with 1.5" (3.8 cm) diameter, a venting cap for closed systems, a compact design for ease of transport and storage, a 3/4 hp (0.6 kW) motor, 115V 60Hz voltage input with optional configurations of 115V 50Hz and 230V 50Hz or 60Hz, a 21 ft (6.4 m) 14/3 power supply cord, and operates at 15 psi pressure.
