The Scalebreak® PulseFlo™ GDS-160 is a compact CIP (clean-in-place) system designed for medium-sized maintenance applications, suitable for systems ranging from 50 to 120 gallons such as modular chillers, condensing boilers, steam generators, and heat exchangers. It features a durable, chemical-resistant construction with acid-proof pump and fittings to handle harsh descaling chemicals for long-lasting performance. The integrated flow reversal valve allows instant flow direction changes to dislodge deposits without interrupting circulation, while the built-in freshwater flush system facilitates post-cleaning rinse-out by adjusting the valve to rinse or discharge, reducing hose handling and improving operator safety. The system includes a venting cap for closed systems to safely manage pressure and off-gassing, a drain valve with hose connection for controlled and mess-free draining, camlock hose connections for quick, secure, and tool-free setup, and a four-wheel design that enhances stability and maneuverability in tight mechanical spaces. The onboard tank manages foam and CO2 gas release during descaling to prevent vapor lock and air pockets, ensuring consistent circulation and improved chemical effectiveness.
