The Scalebreak® PulseFlo™ GDS-400 is a heavy-duty, high-flow descaling system designed for large-volume industrial cleaning applications. It features a powerful 95 GPM pump, large-diameter hoses, and a 50-gallon (189.3 L) vented tank that rapidly circulates descaling solutions through boilers, chillers, furnaces, condensers, vacuum pumps, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, water-cooled rolls, and other large process systems. The system includes an integrated flow reversal valve that enables instant direction changes without disconnecting hoses, improving deposit removal, eliminating dead zones, and maximizing chemical effectiveness. Constructed from rugged polyethylene and acid-resistant components, the GDS-400 offers long-term reliability in demanding environments while maintaining a compact design for excellent maneuverability. It operates with a motor power of 1.5 hp (1.1 kW), has a voltage input of 115V, 60Hz with optional versions of 115V 50Hz and 230V 60Hz or 50Hz, and a power supply cord length of 21 ft (6.4 m) 12/3. The system maintains an operating pressure of 20 psi and includes two 25 ft (7.62 m) 1.5 in (3.8 cm) diameter circulation hoses. Designed as an industrial-grade clean-in-place (CIP) system, it can operate efficiently in tight spaces without compromising power and is constructed from highly corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant materials to ensure longevity and safe operation.
