The Defender Ultra harness was developed through extensive collaboration with fall protection users to deliver performance, comfort, and innovation tailored to real jobsite needs. It features Dialock torso adjusters for fast, precise fit and enhanced mobility, combined with a HexHip chassis that supports natural movement and reduces hip pressure. The harness includes auto-resetting front and rear lanyard keepers to manage unused connectors and an SRL adapter slot for secure positioning of dual self-retracting lifelines, improving weight distribution. For breathable comfort and added support, CoolFit perforated foam padding offers airflow and a contoured fit, while a fixed CoolFit waist pad provides stable all-day support, preventing sag when gear is added. EDC-coated hardware enhances corrosion resistance and durability, supplemented by a shoulder pad accessory loop for attaching jobsite accessories. Wear-indicating webbing with a red inner core provides a visual cue for replacement, and the integrated TwiceMe Technology® NFC chip enables digital inspections and asset management via the TwiceMe app. The harness is designed to meet safety standards while reducing fatigue, improving mobility, and boosting productivity.
