The harness includes lightweight yet durable aluminum hardware that improves corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Enhanced CoolFit-Xtra padding with a flexible twin-shoulder design promotes airflow and comfort, while the FlexArmor SRL impact shield mitigates nuisance impacts and maintains airflow even when self-retracting lifelines (SRLs) are connected. A CoolFit-Xtra fixed waist pad provides breathable ergonomic support, prevents sagging with tools or pouches, includes belt loop bumpers for added protection, and features tool tether anchor points on each hip. For clean connector management and simplified inspections, the harness incorporates auto-resetting front and rear lanyard keepers to manage unused connectors, a shoulder pad accessory loop for quick attachment of jobsite accessories, and wear-indicating webbing with a red inner core paired with Twiceme TE.
