The vertical/horizontal strapping cart allows the operator to apply strapping both vertically and horizontally around the load, suitable for use with both steel and poly strapping. To operate, engage the outer detentes while disengaging the inner, then turn the removable handle until the strap is positioned horizontally; once horizontal, disengage the outer detentes and engage the inner detentes to raise and lower the strap using the same handle. Each unit features steel construction for rugged, long-lasting use and comes standard with semi-pneumatic wheels and an equipment tray. Strapping is not included.
