This high-precision digital caliper is designed to provide accurate measurements in both inches and millimeters. It measures outside dimension, inside dimension, depth, and step measurements with a user-selectable unit of measure (in/mm) displayed on an easy-to-read 5-digit LCD. The caliper features a zero adjustment button, a lock screw to hold the slide in position, and a hardened stainless steel head and body for durability. It includes a low battery indicator and auto shut off functionality. The accuracy is ±0.0010" (0.02 mm) for measurements between 0 to 1.967" (0 to 50 mm) and ±0.001" (0.03 mm) for 1.967 to 6" (50 to 150 mm). It is suitable for accurately measuring internal, external, and depth dimensions in machining, manufacturing, fabrication, woodwork, 3D printed parts, and various DIY projects. The kit includes a battery and a carrying case.
