This kit is part of the L-BOXX® stacking organization system, allowing seamless integration with all other components in the L-BOXX® family to provide virtually infinite custom organization options. It features a secure latch connection that requires pressing both side handles in to lift and remove the rack from the stack. The quick access drawers enable users to reach contents without disassembling the stack, and included write-on labels help easily identify drawer contents. The foam layouts are laser-marked and optimized for high density, secure fit, and easy access, designed and cut in the Grand Rapids, Michigan manufacturing facility using USA-made closed-cell polyethylene foam with two bonded layers: a denser black surface layer for cleaner cutouts and better tear resistance, and a red layer underneath that creates a shadow board effect for spotting missing tools at a glance. The durable dolly includes an ABS plastic body resistant to corrosive chemicals and supports up to 220 lb, rolling on Blickle casters with solid rubber tires that absorb shocks on finished surfaces, with two locking casters to prevent rolling and swiveling. One drawer rack features a permanently attached top with a large carrying handle, enabling transport of multiple drawers together with a combined weight capacity of up to 88 lb.
