The box features a secure latch connection that allows it to connect with other mini stacking tool boxes, and a carrying handle on the top for convenient transport of one or more latched boxes. The optimized laser-marked foam layouts are designed and cut in Grand Rapids, Michigan, using two-color, USA-made closed-cell polyethylene foam that is permanently bonded with a heat lamination process. This foam construction consists of a denser black surface layer for cleaner cutouts and better tear resistance, and a red layer beneath that creates a shadow board effect, making missing tools easy to spot. The foam materials do not absorb liquids, ensuring durability. The red mini stacking tool box includes a straight pointed pick, 45-degree pointed pick, compound pointed pick, 90-degree pointed pick, 130-degree pointed pick, 90-degree pointed hook, and 130-degree pointed pick. The system allows stacking multiple boxes designed for small parts, accessories, and tools, which can be stacked or used independently. The product is manufactured with high-density foam for easy access and secure fit, with dimensions and specifications tailored for compact, efficient organization.
