This socket set includes large, stamped markings permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die, designed to be as large as possible while remaining readable along the socket's curved surface. The exterior finish is chrome-plated, while the interior is chrome-plated and supplemented with a clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. Each socket features a 6-point opening that provides an exact fit and maximum contact for hex fasteners, with radiused corners to prevent fastener round-off by applying force to the fastener's flat sides rather than its corners. Detent grooves and beveled edges ensure smooth and secure drive tool engagement. The kit comprises 15 pieces of 3/8 inch drive shallow 6-point sockets ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch, 15 pieces of 3/8 inch drive deep 6-point sockets in the same sizes, 19 pieces of 3/8 inch drive 6-point sockets and 19 pieces of 3/8 inch drive deep 6-point sockets in sizes from 6 to 24 mm.
