The True-rms electronics logging digital multimeter with TrendCapture offers accurate measurements on complex signals or non-linear loads with true-rms AC voltage and current capability. It features compatibility with Fluke® Connect via the IR 3000 FC infrared connector, enabling wireless communication and data transfer to iOS (4S and later) and Android (v4.3 and up) devices using the Fluke® Connect mobile app. TrendCapture quickly and graphically displays logged data sessions with a zoom on trend feature that allows up to 14x zoom for detailed analysis. The selectable AC filter provides steadier readings on rapidly or noisily changing input signals. Adjustable recording and auto-hold thresholds enable specification of a percentage change to begin new events. The multimeter includes a large, white, 50,000-count backlit 1/4 VGA display with the ability to display multiple sets of measurements simultaneously. Its logging function has expanded memory to store up to 15,000 recorded events for unattended monitoring over time, supports multiple logging sessions without downloading, and provides on-board help screens, a multi-lingual interface, and saved measurements with naming and recall functionality. Specifications include 0.025% basic DC accuracy, 100 kHz AC bandwidth, real-time clock for automatic time stamping, measurement capability up to 10 A (20 A for 30 seconds), 100 mF capacitance range, temperature function, relative mode for removing test lead resistance from low ohms or capacitance measurements, and peak capture to record transients as fast as 250 μs.
