The Fluke® 3000 FC DMM and Fluke® Connect wireless modules are independently tested for safe use in Category IV 600 V and Category III 1000 V environments, designed to reduce arc flash risk by allowing users to keep a safe distance from live electrical panels. The system includes voltage modules, current clamps, flexible current loops, and thermometers, which connect remotely to the 3000 FC meter so measurements can be viewed on the same screen from up to a safe distance. The device communicates with iOS (4s and later) and Android (v4.3 and up) devices via the Fluke® Connect mobile app, using wireless technology to connect phones, PCs, and Fluke® Connect-enabled tools. Users can conduct multiple measurements simultaneously and record fluctuating or intermittent signals remotely using the log function, capturing up to 65,000 sets of minimum, maximum, and average readings per session with time stamps. Data can be saved in .csv format to a PC, with user-set recording intervals ranging from one second to one hour. The system also supports ShareLive video calls to enable remote teams to see measurements in real time. These features aid in avoiding awkward measurement positions and reduce the need for onsite presence during testing. The tool package includes the wireless digital multimeter, various remote measurement modules, and associated accessories, compliant with relevant safety certifications for high-voltage industrial use, ensuring reliability for asset performance tracking and system assessment.
