Product Details
The PVA-1500HE2 high-efficiency PV analyzer/I-V curve tracer allows for reliable assessment of the health and performance of solar modules and arrays. It features an intuitive user interface for easy navigation and real-time analysis, enabling immediate identification of potential issues. The integrated Solsensor provides irradiance, module temperature, and array tilt data to the PV model, while the analyzer measures and displays I-V curves up to 1500A and 30A, including on high-efficiency modules. It includes an advanced built-in PV model for immediate PV performance checking and has a sweep-to-sweep delay of nine seconds, capable of measuring 3.5MW in less than one hour. The device performs uninterrupted measurements even in hot environments, automates data management, analysis, and reporting, and contains a database of more than 70,000 modules with automatic updates. The unit features a wireless interface for faster setup, a safer work environment, and freedom of movement during PV troubleshooting, and is CAT III 1500V rated for added user safety. The 1537 insulation resistance tester is engineered for frontline troubleshooting on factory floors or solar installation fields and offers user-selectable test voltages of 250V, 500V, 1000V, and 2500V to cover both industrial and solar applications. It tests from smaller circuits to high-voltage systems with resistance measurements up to 500 GΩ and automatically calculates polarization index (PI) and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) to minimize environmental factor influence. The tester can execute up to 1300 measurements at 2500V or 6500 measurements at 250V, enhancing productivity, and supports AC/DC voltage and resistance measurements. It achieves faster and more stable insulation resistance measurement with a short circuit current up to 5 mA. The ramp test mode allows for linearly increasing applied test voltage at 100 V/s to help identify hard-to-detect fault conditions, and users can set labels, adjust test duration, and store data.
