The kit includes a 9-piece set of flat end hex keys in sizes 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 mm, made from 6150 chromium vanadium steel that is heat-treated to 44-50 HRC to produce tools that are hard but not brittle. The keys feature a corrosion-resistant manganese phosphate finish tested by submersion in a 1% saltwater solution for 45 hours after being wiped with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil, then rinsed and air dried. Each hex key is designed with longer length for high leverage and measured for tolerance control both point-to-point and side-to-side to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency. Key sizes are clearly marked with both high-visibility laser and stamped markings. The set is organized in a 9-tool hex L-key rack made from 12 gauge steel with a textured powder-coat finish, equipped with quick-access L-key slots tailored to each size for easy tool removal without resistance, and handles on either side for easy lifting out of a drawer. The package also includes a label sheet.
