The Fluke® 3000 FC DMM and Fluke® Connect wireless modules are independently tested for safe use in CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V environments, designed to reduce arc flash risk by allowing users to connect voltage modules, current clamps, flexible current loops, or thermometers to live electrical panels remotely after de-energizing the cabinet and wearing PPE. Measurements can be read from a safe distance using the 3000 FC, which displays the meter measurement along with readings from up to three wireless modules simultaneously on the same screen. The system communicates with iOS (4S and later) and Android (v4.3 and up) devices through the Fluke® Connect mobile app via wireless technology, enabling connectivity between phone, PC, and Fluke® Connect-enabled test tools. It supports ShareLive video calls for remote team viewing, logs intermittent events or signal fluctuations with user-set recording intervals from one second up to one hour, and records multiple sessions before downloading. Data can be saved to a PC in .csv format for future analysis and asset performance tracking, capturing up to 65,000 sets of min/max/avg readings with time stamps over single or multiple logging sessions. The device reduces awkward measurement positions by allowing setup of measurements once with subsequent remote readings at any time.
