This stainless steel digital stem thermometer features a 4.75" (121 mm) stainless steel stem and a water-resistant construction, making it suitable for medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial temperature applications, research and development, educational establishments, and food service. The R2000 contact thermometer has an easy-to-read LCD display that updates automatically every 2 seconds and is capable of measuring temperatures from -40 to 450°F (-40 to 230°C). It includes an easily accessible calibration screw for quick adjustments, user-selectable °C or °F settings, auto shut off, and comes with a protective probe cover and battery. The thermometer is NSF certified and backed by a warranty.
