This Tempco high-density cartridge heater features a swaged construction suitable for temperatures up to 1,400 degrees F. The heater is UL recognized and CSA certified in many design variations under UL file number E65652 and CSA file number 043099. The kit and package include the cartridge heater with high-density magnesium oxide insulation, a stainless steel sheath, and standard inch or metric sizes with lengths up to 24 inches and diameters ranging from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. Key features include a high watt density rating up to 75 W/in², flexible lead wire options, and optional internal thermocouples for precise temperature control. The cartridge heaters comply with RoHS standards and come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
