The heater features a helically wound resistance coil enclosed in a specially designed ceramic insulator, mechanically connected to a screw terminal for a secure connection. It is housed in stainless steel rectangular tubing, with all voids filled with high purity magnesium oxide to enhance thermal conductivity and dielectric strength. Additionally, nickel plated steel fins are affixed to the rectangular tubing, engineered to maximize surface contact for effective heat dissipation, facilitating quick heat transfer to the surrounding air.
