The Tempco finned strip heater is designed for both forced (mounted in a duct) and natural convection air heating (mounted at the bottom of cabinet type ovens). It features a helically wound resistance coil set within a specially designed ceramic insulator, with the resistance coil mechanically connected to a screw terminal for a secure connection. The heater assembly is housed in stainless steel rectangular tubing, and all voids are filled with high purity magnesium oxide, enhancing thermal conductivity and dielectric strength. Nickel plated steel fins are attached to the rectangular tubing, designed for optimal surface contact to ensure effective heat dissipation into the finned cross sections, resulting in rapid heat transfer to the air. The heater includes various technical attributes and complies with relevant certifications, making it a reliable choice for efficient heating applications.
