This Tempco channel strip heater is highly efficient and reliable for surface heating in various industrial and commercial applications. The rectangular tube design ensures full surface contact when installed in a milled slot, maximizing the heat transfer area. For surface mounting installations, the heater must be securely clamped along its entire length to a smooth metal surface. If mounting tabs are used for support, the terminal end should be firmly secured while the opposite end should remain loose to accommodate thermal expansion.
