This Tempco channel strip heater is highly efficient and dependable for surface heating in numerous industrial and commercial applications. It features a rectangular tube design that provides full surface contact when installed in a milled slot, maximizing the heat transfer area. The heater requires secure clamping along its entire length to a smooth metal surface for surface mounting installations. When mounted using tabs, the terminal end must be firmly secured while the opposite end should remain loose to accommodate thermal expansion.
