This screw plug immersion heater consists of a tubular element welded or brazed into a threaded screw plug, allowing it to be inserted into a threaded opening in a tank wall or through a mating full or half coupling. It features a brass screw plug with a copper sheath, designed for use with process water, water with very weak chemical solutions, demineralized, deionized or pure water, and hot water storage for various applications such as washrooms, showers, cleaning, rinsing parts, freeze protection of cooling towers, and sprinkler systems, as well as other aqueous solutions that are not corrosive to copper. The heater can handle temperatures up to 350 degrees F. The dimensions and specifications are tailored to meet specific requirements for efficiency and compatibility in various settings.
