The BB 23" Base Series back bar refrigerator features a shallow depth design, available in two widths of 48" and 72", and two heights of 34" with a standard galvanized steel top for under-shelf applications, and 36" when equipped with a stainless steel top. With a depth of 23" from the face of the door to the back of the cabinet and a handle that projects 1/2", this self-contained refrigerator includes solid door models that come standard with locks. The cabinet exterior is constructed with attractive, wear-resistant vinyl on steel in a black finish, while the self-closing doors feature magnetic gaskets for a positive seal. The interior is constructed with galvanized steel walls and ceiling, with a reinforced floor and door sills made from heavy-duty stainless steel for durability. Standard interior incandescent lighting is activated by a manual on/off switch. The unit’s structural strength is further enhanced by foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation, which also contributes to energy efficiency. The refrigeration system is fully accessible behind the grille on the right side of the cabinet, with the evaporator located above the condensing unit to maximize interior space usage. Forced air is projected across the ceiling of the cabinet, utilizing R134A refrigerant that is CFC and HCFC-free, ensuring compliance with environmental safety regulations. For remote refrigeration models, an expansion valve is installed, while condensate elimination is automatic and non-electric. The electrical units come pre-wired at the factory and are ready for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, complete with an 8' long cord and plug set. The warranty terms ensure coverage for parts and labor under specified conditions.
