The Baldor-Reliance motor is a robust 100HP unit operating at 3560RPM with a three-phase configuration, suitable for 60Hz applications, housed in a 405TS frame with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design. Key features include a 15 service factor, a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, regreasable ball bearings, and an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box. Additionally, it is equipped with a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, a stainless steel nameplate, and corrosion-resistant hardware, making it tropicalized for enhanced durability. This motor is ideal for use in petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper plants, waste management facilities, chemical plants, and tropical climates, specifically designed to withstand severe environmental operating conditions that require robust corrosion protection.
