The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 20 HP, 3540 RPM, 3-phase, 60 Hz unit featuring a 256 T frame and 0944 M design with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) construction. It is built with heavy gauge steel and cast iron frames, incorporates ball bearings, and is equipped with ISR® (Inverter Spike Resistant®) copper windings. The motor utilizes low-loss electrical grade lamination steel and is insulated with Class F material, providing a service factor of 1.15. It comes with a three-year warranty and is specifically designed for applications requiring continuous or frequent duty. The Super-E motors are engineered to conserve energy over extended periods and are inverter rated in accordance with NEMA MG1 part 31.4.4.2, making them suitable for variable torque applications as well as constant torque speed ranges when paired with appropriately sized and adjusted variable frequency drives.
